Project one
The Village Center Tudor
The house: A 1920s Tudor Revival near the village center, original solid wood face-frame cabinet boxes under several decades of paint.
The problem: Layers of old paint had built up in the door profiles and hardware was corroded, making the kitchen feel dated even though the boxes underneath were in solid shape.
What we did: Stripped the doors, refaced the boxes in a shaker profile with a painted finish, and replaced the original hardware with matte black pulls and soft-close hinges throughout.
Timeline: About 4 working days on site, roughly 6 weeks total from order to finished walkthrough.

Project two
The Postwar Cape Refresh
The house: A 1950s Cape with a kitchen that had already been renovated once, in the 1990s, with builder-grade oak cabinets and laminate counters.
The problem: The 1990s cabinet boxes were solid enough to keep, but the oak finish and worn laminate counter had aged the room well past the rest of the house.
What we did: Refaced the boxes in a light oak veneer with new doors and drawer fronts, paired with a new quartz countertop installed as a companion project.
Timeline: About 5 working days on site for the refacing, roughly 5 to 6 weeks total including the countertop coordination.

Project three
The Two-Era Kitchen
The house: A Colonial Revival home with an early-1900s kitchen core and a later addition that had extended the cabinet run with a mismatched door style.
The problem: Two visibly different cabinet styles and finishes sat side by side from the original kitchen and a later addition, so the room never read as one space.
What we did: Refaced every box, original and addition alike, in a single door style and finish so the whole kitchen reads as one continuous run for the first time since the addition was built.
Timeline: About 5 working days on site, roughly 6 weeks total from order to finished walkthrough.

Project four
The 2000s Rebuild Update
The house: A 2000s teardown-rebuild with a large island kitchen and maple cabinets original to the build.
The problem: The maple finish and hardware, original to a build now two decades old, no longer matched the rest of the house after other rooms had been updated.
What we did: Refaced the full kitchen, including the island, in a two-tone finish with a contrasting island color, new soft-close hardware, and updated pulls throughout.
Timeline: About 5 to 6 working days on site given the island and larger cabinet run, roughly 6 weeks total.
